L'histoire
I was born and raised in a favela in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, and music became a way for me to express my view of the world. I've been playing guitar and developing my own artistic identity for years, influenced by Keith Richards, AC/DC, Slash, Joe Satriani, Kiko Loureiro and Death From Above 1979. Since 2008, wearing a blindfold has been part of my artistic identity. I've worked as a guitar teacher, performed with bands and pursued my own independent musical projects. I previously played lead guitar with the Brazilian metal band Veumor, and in 2026 I released my solo album "Blindfolded". The album features seven original tracks, with every guitar part recorded while blindfolded. My music combines rock with philosophical questions about reality, suffering, mortality and human existence. Coming from a favela and building my own path as an independent musician has shaped both my perspective and my art.

My musical journey has been shaped by artists such as Keith Richards, Death From Above 1979, AC/DC, Slash, Joe Satriani and Kiko Loureiro, combining raw rock energy, expressive guitar playing and instrumental experimentation. I've been developing my own musical identity for years, with the blindfold becoming part of my artistic expression since 2008. On April 10, 2026, I released my seven-track solo album, "Blindfolded", in which every guitar part was recorded while I was blindfolded. The project explores musical perception beyond sight, while its lyrics address philosophical and existential themes such as reality, suffering and the human condition. The album was independently produced, with no artificial intelligence used in its creation. I'd love to share my music with Mondosonic and would be grateful if you considered it for your programming."
